Inspiren
Smart patient care assistant.
Inspiren's hybrid AI sensing device, installed in seconds, monitors the digital and physical patient environment.
10XBETA designed smart products to enhance patient care and provide clear insights for medical staff and administrators, ensuring compliance with federal standards.
To begin, 10XBETA conducted a series of workshops to determine the quality and frequency of interactions with patients, along with initial design considerations for creating an unobtrusive system that integrates into a patient’s room.

Using data to improve patient care
Through intentional hardware redundancies, a custom ratio frequency antenna, infrared computer vision system, and a small form-factor BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) beacon, the Inspiren system can precisely and accurately detect the quality of care provided to patients.
The suite of sensors capture, analyze, and relay data to the manursing station. From there, nurses, doctors, and care management providers are able to clearly see which patients need additional support and can accurately monitor patient interactions.
Helping find the right partners
10XBETA carefully evaluated and selected mechanical and electrical fabrication partners to manufacture the initial clinical pilot units and high-volume runs.
10X guided the Inspiren team through a full-scale Pilot and Pitch Program, reaching potential investors both inside and outside of New Lab’s network.
